1955 born in Vienna , studied at the University of Music and Dramatic Arts, Vienna with Walter Würdinger and Luise Walker.

Was member of the Salzburger Gitarrenduo, the Austrian Ensemble for New Music (OENM), the ensemble Vermeer and the Cone Quartet,  actually working with the Ensemble Cone_3 and with Gabriele Stupka (guitar duo) and Vasile Marian (oboe and guitar). The recent solo-program "Blütenlese" contains Spanish renaissance music played on a vihuela and  Austrian contemporary music for guitar as well. Performances in Austria, Germany, France, Poland, Turkey, Tunesia, Switzerland and the USA.
